It will make the character swing her sword once at whatever monster is in front of her. The other attack is called HOLD IT, which is controlled by pressing B. This attack will hit all tentacles at once that are currently surrounding her.9. 3) Spell Controls The spell controls are the commands that you have for activating spells that have been found or learned throughout the game play experience. The way these work is that the player needs to find a certain number of magic items in order to learn a spell, and then that spell can be cast at will throughout the game. The most important things about the spells are that they have to be button-mapped, which means that all you have to do is press on one of the four buttons and it's activated. Here is a list of what each button does: The Ejecta Spell: Use this button whenever you want to launch an object out away from your character. To use this on a monster, hold L and then press Ejecta.
